PRICING

The pricing listed on the website at the time of check out is the only price that can and will be honored. All prices are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, you do not have the option to redeem the sale price of any sales announced AFTER your order was placed. Coupon codes cannot be applied to any pending, existing, or shipped orders. Once the order is shipped, you cannot apply a bundle deal pricing to get more bundles. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Quotes

The prices stated are valid through the expiration date. However, pricing is subject to change without notice in the event of an alteration to specifications, quantity, designs, or delivery schedules. Pricing is also subject to change due to changes in the cost of material, supplies, labor, clerical error, foreign or domestic legislation.

PROMOTIONS AND CODES

Remake MyHair occasionally offers promotional codes to loyal customers.

When attempting to apply these codes, please note that some conditions apply:

• Items previously discounted (i.e sale items) may not be eligible for further discounts
• Codes are redeemable online only unless otherwise indicated
• For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items
• Discounted items returned to Remakemyhair.com will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value of the item(s)
• If a code is invalid or expired, a replacement will not be issued
• Only one code may be applied per order

PAYMENT TERMS

All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards through the merchant PayPal service. As soon as you place an order online your credit card/debit card will be charged.

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be fully prosecuted. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card or PayPal account, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order.

SHIPPING

Orders must be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time.

An order status of “Processing” means your order has been verified and put into processing procedure. Processing time is required because we need to confirm your contact information and delivery address, sort item(s), conduct strict quality checking and pack the item(s). When your order is packed properly, it will be handed in to the shipping company.

PLEASE NOTE: 
A. Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid, and the order is verified (verification Email will be sent after payment). 

1. You may change your mind after placing the order, including but not limited to switching to another color, size, style or a different product, changes in address. If that happens, Processing Time is calculated from the time when the order detail(s) is eventually confirmed. A confirmation Email will be sent informing the updated Estimated Delivery Time.
2. For holidays, processing time may take longer than it usually is. We will notify you in advance.

An order status of “Shipping” means your item(s) has started to ship, and you can track your order once the tracking number is updated by the courier. Since the whole shipping process involves international shipping, the package might be in transit or going through custom clearance. During this period a tracking number will not be updated until the item is fetched by the courier company. You may wait for 2-5 days to get the tracking number updated for Expedited Express or normal orders.

Please feel free to contact us if you need help concerning the shipping status of your order.

We provide a range of shipping methods depending on the product category and the country/region. Your shipping time will be affected by the shipping method you specified.

There are times that your parcels are shipped separately.  If partial shipping for your orders occurs its because:

1. Items are in different warehouses.
2. Hot-sale items need additional preparation time.
3. Weight or size limit of customs or courier.

However, you will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.

CUSTOM ORDERS: CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS

Custom orders are designed and produced specially for you. We CANNOT accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds. So please make sure everything is exactly what you want when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect head sizes, variances in color caused by monitor settings or any mistake made by customers when ordering…

If an error or fault is caused by our side for the custom order, please return the custom unit directly without any changes within 7 days, we will offer you a prompt refund or repair after receiving the returned item.

OTHER PRODUCTS: CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 10 days after delivery if they are eligible products and remain in their original packaging.

Below are the special requests for any other product before you send it back:

• DO NOT Try to Correct the Problem Yourself Prior to Contacting us

All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

For merchandise returns and/or exchanges for new merchandise, please follow the instructions below:

PREPARING YOUR RETURN: 

• Make a copy of the packing slip for your records
• Use the original packaging or strong corrugated carton
• Keep the return label for use on the outside of the package
• Pack and tape your package securely
• For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via Canada Post, United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post.

We may use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to contact you.  Any new or updated phone number you provide Remakemyhair.com may receive our standing marketing Text Messages unless you also unsubscribe through the procedures provided in this section. SUBSCRIBERS

Remake my hair VIP Membership is FREE, and no initial purchase is required. To become a valid VIP Member, you must complete the enrolment form by providing complete and accurate information. After completion, you will receive an email welcoming you to Remake MyHair VIP Exclusive Club. Please see our Privacy Policy Notice, located here to understand how the information you provide will be used. This program is void where prohibited.

CHANGE INFORMATION; SUSPENSION RIGHTS; CAPACITY

Members are responsible to update their account immediately if there is any change to their address or other contact information. Remake MyHair will not be responsible for any communication not received by a member, provided that the Remake MyHair sent such communication to the address or other contact information then on file from such Member. TEXTURE AND TYPE DISCLAIMER

Texture refers to the diameter and thickness of each individual strand of hair whether its straight, wavy, curly, kinky or coily.  At Remake MyHair we try to break down the hair types into a, b and c curl patterns, density, and length.  We collect our hair from single donors and unfortunately, just like you every individual human wears a different head of hair, so there may be some variations in the hair that you receive and our images.  Our images are there as a guide to help you achieve “The Look You Always Wanted” TM with the Wig, Hair Topper, Bundle or hairpiece extension.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

We do not suggest any chemical changes being performed by an unlicensed individual and recommend seeking professional assistance. Even though coloring the hair is possible but it also increases the risk of damaging it. All hair reacts differently to different products and regiments. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling. If an error occurs due to a chemical service, Remake MyHair and its entities are not liable or held accountable for damage.

Coloring, lifting, or dying the hair may affect the original texture of the hair. We are not responsible for the product after it has been altered from its original state. Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Hair makes us feel confident.

HAIR EXTENSIONS COURSE

COURSE ENROLLMENT

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure enrollment in the course.

Full payment is also non-refundable and must be completed 5 days before the course start date, excluding weekends and holidays.

A 10% discount is offered for full upfront payment of the course fee and its non-refundable.

COURSE PROVISIONS

 The course duration is 8 hours, including a lunch break.

Each participant will receive a comprehensive kit with tools and a mannequin head, which are theirs to keep.

CURRICULUM

The course covers various extension techniques, client consultation, sanitation, styling, maintenance, and business strategies

CERTIFICATION

Participants will receive certification upon successful completion of the course

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments, including the deposit and full course fee, are non-refundable.

Payments are considered final and confirm the participant’s commitment to the course

COURSE SCHEDULE

The course will be held on the specified days and times as posted on the Remakemyhair.com website.

The specific location will be disclosed upon registration confirmation

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the course is canceled by the organizer, participants will be notified and offered a rescheduled date or a refund.

If a participant wishes to withdraw from the course, they must do so 5 days prior to the start date. However, payments made are non-refundable

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for course organization and will not be shared with third parties

The organizers are not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur during the course.

Ownership of Designs

The client retains all rights to any original designs provided for the production of hair extensions, and the supplier agrees to use such designs solely for the client’s orders.

Quality Assurance

The supplier guarantees that all hair extensions will be produced in accordance with the highest industry standards and will undergo rigorous quality control checks before shipment.

Minimum Order Quantity

A minimum order quantity is established to ensure production viability, and the client agrees to purchase at least this quantity with each order.

Delivery Commitments

The supplier commits to adhering to the agreed-upon delivery schedule and will communicate promptly in the event of any delays.

Confidentiality Agreement

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the manufacturing process, product specifications, and any proprietary information exchanged.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined and agreed upon in advance, with the client committing to timely payments according to the specified schedule.

Intellectual Property

Remake MyHair acknowledges that any intellectual property rights pertaining to the hair extensions and associated branding are the sole property of the client.

 Liability Limitations

Remake MyHair liability for any defects or non-compliance issues with the hair extensions shall be limited to the replacement of the products or a refund of the purchase price.

Termination Clause

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

DIRECT BILLING

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments must be made in full upfront before any products are shipped to your clients.

ORDER SUBMISSION

Orders must be submitted through the official Remake MyHair platform, with all required details accurately provided.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Accurate shipping information, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact details, must be provided with each order.

PRODUCT QUALITY

Remake MyHair ensures that all products meet our quality standards and reserves the right to conduct random inspections prior to shipment.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Remake MyHair commits to a reasonable delivery timeline, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellations are not permitted once payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returns or exchanges are subject to Remake MyHair’s return policy, which requires notification within a specified timeframe upon receipt of goods.

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

Remake MyHair will maintain the confidentiality of your client information and will not use it for any purpose other than fulfilling the order.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Clients must ensure that all direct delivery sales comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

LIABILITY

Remake MyHair is not liable for any loss or damage incurred after the shipment has been delivered to the carrier.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from the direct delivery services will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, legal proceedings.
